Every HEIGHTN order ships free — no minimum, no conditions.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders, worldwide. No minimum order value required. The price you see is the price you pay.
Order Cut-off Time
Orders placed by 11:00 PM (Rome time, GMT+01:00) are processed the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 PM will be handled the next business day.
Processing Times
Orders placed Monday to Friday are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days. This includes order verification, quality inspection, and packaging.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
During high-demand periods (sales, new launches), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. We'll keep you updated.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
Shipments go out Monday to Friday. While we do our best to meet these estimates, actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to monitor your shipment at any time.

Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties depending on your country's regulations. These costs are the customer's responsibility and are not controlled by HEIGHTN.
