You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be:
Items showing signs of wear, missing the original box, or returned after 30 days will not be accepted.

We'll get back to you within 2 business days with return instructions.
Please do not send items back without prior confirmation — unrequested returns cannot be processed.
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
We offer exchanges for size only, subject to stock availability.
To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return. Once the original item is received and approved, we'll ship the replacement at no extra cost.
If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll cover all return shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Items purchased during promotional sales or with discount codes are eligible for exchanges or store credit only. They are not eligible for cash refunds, unless defective.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to a defect or our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — HEIGHTN is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
